A day at ACMI (Australian Centre for the moving Image) on Tuesday not only was I inspired by a beautiful anime film but also the wonderful colour themes the foyer of the building had been styled in. It's wonderful to see dynamic colour threading through an Interior and with Neon being a very 'on trend' colour at the moment, I felt it worked particularly well in a public space.
Then as we walked out to the carpark I couldn't resist a 'shadow shot', the lighting was perfect!

Love the colourful play of light! Neon is big here too. A friend who has a clothes shop told me pastels are coming next for the rest of the summer.
As someone who was a teen in the 80s I don't know if I can get unsed to the come back of fluorescent colours!!
Great in photos though.
I was a teenager in the 80's too and didn't wear much fluro, probably won't indulge this season either ;) however don't mind it in certain Interiors settings, like the one I photographed...still I get a giggle to see a "Choose Life" in fluro pink again! However pastels ate far easier to wear...look forward to seeing that evolve!
