I have finally ordered fabric for my beautiful corner seat. It's the start of a step-by-step update of my Lounge room. I'll also be sourcing fabric for a chair I inherited from my grandmother, whose bottom fell out (the chairs not my grandmother's!) Unfortunately the upholstery strapping under the chair has been quietly rotting away over the years much to my dismay.
These are much needed projects to reinvigorate our major living space and a chance for me to help feel connected to our house that we have long out grown. Yet we choose to remain here for the immediate future as to move just isn't a priority for now. So short on space we may be, however not short on inspiration, finally. More to come.....
